Ultralec? deoiled lecithin and Capsulec? capsule grade lecithin can be used in a variety of nutritional supplements such as lecithin granules, capsules, and tablets. ADM is the largest producer of Natural Source Vitamin E and Mixed Tocopherols. The natural form of Vitamin E, d-alpha-tocopherol, is better retained by the body compared to the synthetic form (dl-alpha-tocopherol). The bioavailability (availability for use by the body) is 2:1 for natural-source Vitamin E over synthetic Vitamin E.
ADM produces the CardioAid? brand of plant sterols, a class of plant-derived compounds that have proven effective in blocking the absorption of cholesterol.

Onavita DHA Algal Oil is extracted from microalgae. DHA is part of the family of long chain polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. DHA is considered the most important fat in the brain and retina representing up to 97 percent and 93 percent of the omega-3 fatty acids, respectively. DHA Algal oil is vegan, vegetarian, and provides a clean allergen label for those seeking an alternative to fish-sourced omega-3s. ALA is part of the family of short chain polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. ALA is an essential omega-3 acid from which long chain DHA and EPA fatty acids are made in the body.
